Is machine learning harder than web development?

I’m trying to figure out whether machine learning is harder to learn compared to web development. Both fields require different skill sets, so I’d like to understand which one typically has a steeper learning curve.

In my experience, machine learning is generally harder because it requires math, statistics, algorithms, and data handling. Web development is more accessible and beginner-friendly, focusing on logic, UI, and frameworks. But difficulty depends on your interests - ML feels tougher if you’re not comfortable with math-heavy concepts.

ML tends to be more complex technically, while web development is easier to get started with, but is still deep at advanced levels. If you’re new to programming, web development feels more intuitive. ML demands patience and stronger analytical skills.
