In my opinion, AI improves property search, pricing, and predictions, but real estate is still heavily relationship-driven. People want human support, negotiation, and emotional reassurance-that’s hard for AI to replace.

I see AI changing the role, not replacing agents. They’ll use AI for research, forecasting, and paperwork, while continuing to guide buyers, close deals, and understand local market nuances.
